Dieting and limiting wheat products is a major issue. I've been working on losing weight the past few weeks and have found some great ways to include bread products in my diet. To limit how much you might want to make a great sourdough bread, cut it into 2" cubes, put some ranch dressing powder and oil, fresh basil and herbs and bake it in a 400 degree oven until crispy. Then take fresh tomatoes and other veggies you like, add some italian light dressing and have a great bread salad. You won't feel like you've been deprived just have that little bit but feel like you're a winner. It will satisfy your bread craving and limiting your carbs. Results for me this past week, 8 1/2 pound weight loss. Come join me.
