When we arrived at Charleston Internationsl airport and saw the backup in the TSA lines. We're going to be fast through with our new jackets.  Thanks Global Travel Jackets.

We're not going to be fumbling at the baggage claim either because everything stowed in our jacket too. No more losing our glasses, or having to carry a thing. Truly hands free!! 

They thought if everything: even a place for a pen. No more bugging my husband or digging through a purse.

The Latest BUZZ in London, Cadbury Creme Egg Cafe We're going to try to get access

We're ramping up for our visit to London and Paris and just tried to purchase tickets to the Cadbury Crème Egg Café but SOLD OUT!   I've contacted Cadbury and am hoping we'll be able to share this experience with our readers.  If we can't get tickets we will be a show up and take our chances but they say it's slim that one can get a seat that way.  Let hope Cadbury comes through.

Global travel jacket

Our long awaited Global Travel Jackets arrived just in time for our next European adventure.

The quality is out of this world. You will NEVER need another jacket.   From the zippers to the beautifully stitches seams it is unbelievable. The fit, well they are professionally sized and the jackets fit as though they were custom made for us; PERFECT!   I usually have issues with the arms being so long they cover my hands. Many times I've even had to have a coat I've purchased off the rack altered, but not this jacket.  It is accurate to order a size larger. As we did to allow for filling the pockets as well as allowing room for the liner. I even had a light cotton sweatshirt on and it fit like a glove.

Travel Infinity Scarf and Travel Jacket might save you from being a target of a pick pocket

I'm sure you've heard all the stories about tourists a target of a pick pocket.  Our son found out the hard way this week while traveling with family in Paris.  Now he is the most vigilant of travelers and has been all over the world but in a Metro in Paris, only traveling one stop in a packed train car someone took his wallet without him even knowing until he needed his wallet.

I have a pattern that I will share with you so you can make this $50 scarf and have the satisfaction of making it yourself.  For those not so handy there are multitudes of offerings online.  Be sure to find one with a hidden pocket as many infinity scarfs don't have this feature. 


I'll also share a pattern with you to make a scarf with four fat quarters of fabric for those that want a one of a kind scarf.  I made my first one from a beautiful Scottish wool scarf I got for Christmas.  After our son's adventure this week I knew I had to have a pocket in mine.  I didn't want to just have a scarf I could drop or might slip off in the subway or fall off my chair at a restaurant so the continuous loop of the infinity scarf is perfect.  It can be worn in so many ways and when you need a clutch purse you can stuff the scarf into the zipper and there you have a bag for something a little dressier.  No need to pack a bag when your scarf will do both.

As all of you know we will be navigating the TSA airport nightmare.  We were at the airport today dropping our daughter and her husband off for their flight to London, Italy and Munich this morning and watching the TSA lineup, oh my what a backup. 


Our global travel jackets are going to make our February excursion to London and Paris a breeze.  No more jockeying our valuables at the TSA checkpoint.  Everything will be stored securely in our travel jacket out of view of prying eyes.


Security is a top priority as travelers are always at risk.  Yesterday, our son and his wife were on their Euro Disney adventure only to have our son pickpocketed on the Metro in Paris.  They had boarded for one stop.  The Metro was packed full and he was a victim. 


We can't wait for our jackets and liners to arrive and we can finally share our review with everyone.
