How to evaluate a restaurant

I like to consider four things when judging a restaurant and deciding if I will go back and also if I would recommend it to others

The four things that are most important are
1.  Quality if food
2.  Value for the money
3.  Atmosphere
4.  Service

When you're traveling or just eating out in your own town, it's an investment. Eating out can be expensive but if you do a little research you can get the most bang for your buck.

We had lunch yesterday at one if our greatest finds. I purchased a coupon from Restaurants.com after asking a co-worker about the Dragon Palace in Daniel Island, South Carolina.  Its a small restaurant tucked away in a strip mall near the tennis stadium. The food is such high quality, Leon our waiter always gives such superb service and the place is beautiful, not some place with dirty carpet and Chinese calendars as wall decoration.

The chef was trained in China and the presentation is beautiful even on the $7.99 lunch plates. You can add soup and spring roll for 1.50 too.  If you're in the area stop in, you won't regret it
